 Turning 65 and facing Medicare choices seemed overwhelming. Theresa was attentive, addressed all my concerns and after a thorough explanation of the plans made it so much easier to make the right choice for me.

I also know I can call her anytime and she keeps me updated through out the year. So very grateful for her help!!

 Two years ago I needed a new Medicare policy. Theresa was a wonderful help in finding the one for me. She is knowledgeable about available plan options and quickly suggested three that were a good fit for me. She offered hands-on assistance during the time it took to make up my mind. She saved me from all the confusion of trying to compare different plans.

At the end of the year my coverage changed and I needed a different plan. Theresa again came up with a new plan that was the right coverage for me. I won't hesitate to call her whenever I need assistance with Medicare. She is the best!

 Theresa was very helpful in making me aware of how United Healthcare offered programs for Veterans as well as for seniors that are not offered elsewhere. I particularly found comfort in knowing I would be taken care of out of state while traveling beyond just the emergency room.I am also impressed with the low cost of my prescriptions. Theresa helped tremendously with my Medicare plan choice.
